Maintaining his dedication to learning in the midst of his successful career, Mr. Kozakevitch recently bolstered his credentials with a master’s degree in construction management from Brigham Young University in 2025, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and as a member of the International Honor Society for Construction Management.

Looking toward the future, he strives to commission an entire mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system in wastewater management. He aims to gain enough knowledge in these disciplines to feel confident as a commissioning supervisor. Additionally, as a leader, he is interested in exploring ways to support his team in light of the emergence of AI, hoping to ensure that his employees can use these new tools to enhance their productivity rather than be replaced by the developing technology. He believes that while people’s roles may change, they should have the opportunity to learn and adapt their skill sets and not face job loss.
